This role ensures a positive workplace culture, develops HR policies, and supports organizational growth through effective talent management. Recruitment and Talent Management – Hiring, training, and developing employees to ensure the company has the right talent.<br>2. Employee Relations and Compliance – Managing workplace policies, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.<br>3. Performance Management and Compensation – Overseeing employee evaluations, salaries, and benefits to maintain motivation and productivity.<br></p><h3><br>Qualifications:</h3><p><br><br>1. Education &amp; Experience<br>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).<br>Proven experience (5+ years) in HR management or a similar leadership role.<br>Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.<br>2. Skills &amp; Competencies<br>Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.<br>Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.<br>Ability to handle conflict resolution and employee engagement effectively.<br>Proficiency in HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).<br>Analytical and problem-solving mindset for HR strategy and workforce planning.<br>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple HR functions.<br><br><br></p><p><br></p>
