Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operation Director to lead a comprehensive upstream transformation program. Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will define and execute a strategy that drives operational excellence, cost efficiency, and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a transformation strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
2. Collaborate with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and drive results.
3. Oversee initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring measurable outcomes and a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
4. Provide expert guidance on stakeholder management, particularly in navigating complex organizational dynamics and managing diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications:
1. Advanced degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in transformation, strategy, project management, or consulting, ideally within an industrial or upstream operational environment.
3. Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation initiatives with measurable results.
4. Expertise in stakeholder management, project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean, Six Sigma), and process design.
5. Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
