Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our company to success. The CEO will develop and implement the company's strategy, lead the management team, and ensure the company achieves its goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement the company's strategy to achieve its goals and objectives.
2. Lead the management team and ensure all departments function effectively.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and investors.
4. Oversee and control the company's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
5. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
6. Develop and implement employee development programs to enhance team capabilities and performance.
7. Ensure the company complies with all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or Engineering.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in management or executive positions in a manufacturing company.
3. Proven track record in developing and implementing company strategies.
4. Strong leadership and team development skills.
5. Excellent stakeholder relationship-building and communication skills.
6. Strong financial management and control skills.
7. Ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for improvement.
