Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role ensures a positive workplace culture, develops HR policies, and supports organizational growth through effective talent management. The HR Manager also collaborates with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Recruitment and Talent Management – Hiring, training, and developing employees to ensure the company has the right talent.
2. Employee Relations and Compliance – Managing workplace policies, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
3. Performance Management and Compensation – Overseeing employee evaluations, salaries, and benefits to maintain motivation and productivity.


Qualifications:



1. Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Proven experience (5+ years) in HR management or a similar leadership role.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
2. Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle conflict resolution and employee engagement effectively.
Proficiency in HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Analytical and problem-solving mindset for HR strategy and workforce planning.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple HR functions.
