Supports employment termination, ensuring compliance with severance payments and legal procedures. Reviews and drafts company regulations in both English and Bahasa Indonesia to align with local labor laws.

Designs and implements customized performance management systems, including KPIs, target setting, competency frameworks, and feedback mechanisms.

Reviews job descriptions, defines job grades and levels, and formulates a structured matrix for standardization and compliance.
