We are seeking an experienced professional to join one of Indonesia’s leading conglomerate groups, responsible for managing marketing campaigns and sponsorship activities across 6 premier shopping malls.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to enhance mall visibility and foot traffic

Manage sponsorship programs, partnerships, and brand collaborations

Oversee marketing initiatives across multiple malls, ensuring consistent brand messaging

Work closely with tenants, vendors, and internal teams to maximize campaign impact

Qualifications:
Strong background in campaign management and sponsorship within the retail or mall industry

Proven experience managing multiple properties or large-scale marketing projects

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

Ability to deliver innovative campaigns that drive commercial success
