HR Manager (Cement Industry)



Location
Jakarta, Indonesia and willing to travel 

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Talent Management – Oversee hiring, onboarding, and employee development to ensure a skilled and engaged workforce.
2. Employee Relations and Compliance – Manage workplace policies, handle disputes, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
3. Performance Management – Implement performance reviews, feedback processes, and career development initiatives.
4. Compensation and Benefits – Design competitive salary structures, benefits, and incentive programs to attract and retain top talent.
5. HR Strategy and Workforce Planning – Develop HR policies aligned with company goals and anticipate future talent needs.
6. Training and Development – Organize learning programs to enhance employees' skills and career growth.
7 Workplace Culture and Employee Engagement – Foster a positive work environment, employee satisfaction, and retention strategies.

Requirements:
1. Education – Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
2. Experience – Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a leadership role.
3. Knowledge & Skills:
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.

5. Experience in HR software and data-driven decision-making.
6. Ability to manage conflict resolution and employee engagement strategies.
7. Certifications – HR-related certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
