Role Overview:

As CFO/VP Finance, you'll lead financial strategy, planning, and reporting, leveraging BI dashboards to provide real-time insights into fund performance and portfolio health. You'll manage fund accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow, while spearheading fundraising initiatives and LP relations. You'll partner with investment, legal, and management teams to drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial strategy, planning, and reporting; utilize BI dashboards for real-time fund and portfolio insights
- Manage fund accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
- Drive fundraising initiatives and LP relations; communicate financial performance and goals to stakeholders
- Oversee financial due diligence for new investments; track portfolio company growth via data visualizations
- Design and present data-driven reports for the Investment Committee
- Ensure regulatory, tax, and audit compliance across investment vehicles
- Partner with teams to provide strategic deal structuring and exit insights
- Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and investors

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years experience in finance, preferably in VC/PE or investment banking
- Strong financial modeling, analysis, and reporting skills

- Proven leadership and strategic thinking skills
