Requirements:
ā¢ Minimum 10-15 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
ā¢ Proven track record in FMCG, Chemical, or Manufacturing industries (Mandatory).
ā¢ Strong experience handling both Plant/Factory and Distribution/Logistics HR dynamics.
ā¢ Exceptional ability to write and implement HR SOPs and policies from scratch.
ā¢ Solid understanding of Industrial Relations and Indonesian Labor Law (UU Cipta Kerja).
ā¢ Professional English Fluency (Mandatory for stakeholder management).
ā¢A "Builder" mindset-you enjoy creating systems rather than just maintaining them.
Role Description:
ā¢ Build & Implement: Design and execute Comprehensive HR SOPs and company policies from Scratch to ensure operational excellence.
ā¢ Dual-Scope Leadership: Oversee HR operations across manufacturing plants (factory) and nationwide distribution networks.
-Strategic Alignment: Review and optimize organizational design to support rapid business growth.
ā¢ Performance Culture: Implement KPl systems and talent development programs that drive a high-performance culture.
