Requirements: 
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. 
• Proven track record in FMCG, Chemical, or Manufacturing industries (Mandatory). 
• Strong experience handling both Plant/Factory and Distribution/Logistics HR dynamics. 
• Exceptional ability to write and implement HR SOPs and policies from scratch. 
• Solid understanding of Industrial Relations and Indonesian Labor Law (UU Cipta Kerja). 
• Professional English Fluency (Mandatory for stakeholder management). 
•A "Builder" mindset-you enjoy creating systems rather than just maintaining them.

Role Description: 
• Build & Implement: Design and execute Comprehensive HR SOPs and company policies from Scratch to ensure operational excellence. 
• Dual-Scope Leadership: Oversee HR operations across manufacturing plants (factory) and nationwide distribution networks. 
-Strategic Alignment: Review and optimize organizational design to support rapid business growth. 
• Performance Culture: Implement KPl systems and talent development programs that drive a high-performance culture.
